Shampoo/Pinecone Ginger, Awapuhi, Zingiber zerumbet

Shampoo ginger makes a lovely red pinecone shaped flower. When you squeeze it, a gel-like scented liquid comes out. You can use it to wash your hair, or rub on your skin. It is not edible.
